STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

For the pineapple iced tea, bring 600 ml water to the boil and steep the green tea in it for 3 minutes. Then chill the tea in the fridge for one hour.

  2. 02

Peel the pineapple and juice 2/3 of the flesh in a juicer. Alternatively, have ready-made pineapple juice, not from concentrate, to hand. Cut off two large pineapple slices, each about 1.5 cm thick. Roughly dice the remaining pineapple.

  3. 03

Wash the mint, shake dry and pick the leaves from 2 stalks.

  4. 04

Divide the diced pineapple and pineapple juice between the glasses, add a little mint and top up with green tea. Finish the pineapple iced tea with 3-4 ice cubes and fresh mint.
