STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Thoroughly mix the butter, vanilla sugar, two thirds of the sugar, yoghurt and eggs. Add the baking powder and flour and mix to form a batter.

  2. 02

Wash and sort the berries, remove any stalks or leaves and halve them depending on their size. Set half the berries aside and mix the other half with one third of the sugar.

  3. 03

Spoon half the batter into the silicone mould, then spread half the reserved berries over it. Add the remaining batter and berries in alternating layers.

  4. 04

Bake the cake in the stovetop camping oven on the lowest heat setting for approx. 60 minutes. Then test with a wooden skewer to check whether the cake is cooked through.

  5. 05

Remove the cake from the oven, leave it to cool briefly in the mould, then turn it out. Decorate with the berries.
