STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cut the runner beans into 3 cm lengths, removing the blossom ends.

  2. 02

Warm the olive oil in a frying pan – a drop of water should sizzle in it. Add the runner beans and fry gently for 5 minutes.

  3. 03

Meanwhile, cut the peppers into 2 x 2 cm pieces. Cut the spring onions and sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips and chop the garlic very finely.

  4. 04

Add the ingredients just prepared to the beans and fry together for 2–3 minutes.

  5. 05

Deglaze with the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cook in a saucepan for 10–15 minutes.

  6. 06

Season to taste with the vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Serve with the diced sheep’s milk cheese and freshly baked multigrain rolls.
