STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Melt the butter and leave to cool.

  2. 02

Mix the flour and eggs together. Gradually stir in the milk and mineral water. Finally, stir in the melted butter.

  3. 03

Leave the batter to rest for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel 2 oranges, removing all the white pith, then cut into slices.

  4. 04

Brush a non-stick frying pan with oil. Add a little batter and swirl the pan to spread it thinly across the base. Cook on both sides until golden. Make 4 crêpes in this way and keep warm, covered with a tea towel.

  5. 05

Squeeze the remaining two oranges and pour the juice into the pan. Dissolve 2 tbsp sugar in the juice and leave to caramelise over a low heat for about 10 minutes.

  6. 06

Add the liqueur to the syrup and heat through. Dip the crêpes into the mixture one at a time and arrange on 2 plates.

  7. 07

Add the remaining sugar to the pan and melt. Add the orange slices, caramelise and serve with the crêpes. Flambé tip: Heat the crêpes in the pan in individual portions and pour over 10 ml warmed orange liqueur. Carefully ignite the alcohol using a long match or long-reach lighter.
