STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Soak the cashew nuts in water for about two hours, then drain. Soak the mango in orange juice for about 20 minutes.

  2. 02

Blend all the ingredients into a thick, sticky mixture using a hand blender.

  3. 03

Use a teaspoon to scoop out walnut-sized portions, then shape into balls with damp hands. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut and chopped pistachios. They keep for about two weeks in the fridge.

Estimated quantities, product differences and preparation can affect actual values. Cooking losses and water absorption are not modelled separately. Missing values are left unspecified. Values are calculated estimates, not laboratory measurements.
