STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Prepare the prawns: twist off the heads and remove the shells from the bodies. Pull off the final section of shell along with the tail. Make a shallow cut along the back of each prawn and pull out the thin vein.

  2. 02

Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves. Halve the chillies lengthways, remove the stalks, seeds and membranes, then cut the flesh into fine strips. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the stalk bases and seeds, then finely dice the flesh. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

  3. 03

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Briefly fry the garlic and chilli. Add the prawns, fry for 2–3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and parsley and toss everything together.
