STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Soak the porcini in a cup of water. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

  2. 02

Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrots into diagonal slices, the leeks into rings and the Chinese cabbage into strips. Clean the button mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the turkey into strips, season, then coat in the flour, egg whites and sesame seeds in that order.

  3. 03

Bring salted water to the boil for the spaghetti and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

  4. 04

Stir-fry the turkey breast strips in the oil over a medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cover.

  5. 05

Stir-fry the carrots, leeks and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the button mushrooms and drained porcini, reserving the soaking water, and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.

  6. 06

Mix the reserved mushroom soaking water with the vegetable stock and add to the vegetables. Fold in the Chinese cabbage, chopped parsley, turkey breast strips and cooked spaghetti. Season to taste with soy sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper.
