STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Wash the lettuce thoroughly in cold water and dry in a salad spinner. Halve and deseed the peppers, then cut into strips.

  2. 02

Halve the figs and place on a clean baking tray. Season with honey and salt and bake for 10 minutes at 160 °C (fan).

  3. 03

Crumble the Gorgonzola and combine with the walnuts in a mixing bowl.

  4. 04

Whisk the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together with a fork.

  5. 05

In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with the pepper strips, the Gorgonzola and walnut mixture, and the oil and vinegar dressing. Arrange on 4 plates.

  6. 06

Divide the warm figs between the plates.
