STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Wash the potatoes and place in a saucepan. Sprinkle with the caraway seeds, season with salt and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Drain and leave to cool slightly.

  2. 02

Peel the potatoes while still lukewarm and cut into slices. Peel and finely dice the onions, then fry with the bacon. Deglaze with the meat stock. Mix the lukewarm stock with the seasonings, mustard and vinegar. Pour over the potatoes and gently mix everything together.

  3. 03

Leave the potato salad to stand for 15 minutes. Add a little more meat stock if needed. Season again with salt and pepper and mix in the rapeseed oil. Halve the radishes and cut them into slices. Fold the chives and radish slices into the salad just before serving.

  4. 04

This potato salad goes well with grilled meat or chicken.
