STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Quarter and core the apples, then cut into thin slices. Put the buckwheat flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the sea salt, cinnamon and rice drink and whisk to a smooth batter.

  2. 02

Fold the apple slices into the batter. Melt a little margarine in a frying pan. Use about 2 tbsp of batter for each pancake and fry over a medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining batter until it is used up.

  3. 03

Put the vanilla soya yoghurt in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and matcha powder and whisk together.

  4. 04

Heat a dry frying pan and briefly toast the hazelnuts. Remove from the pan and roughly chop. Arrange the pancakes on plates, top with maple syrup and hazelnuts and serve with the matcha cream.
