STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Wash, dry and halve the tomatoes. Halve and stone the avocado, then cut it into slices. Grate the Parmesan. Finely chop the shallot.

  2. 02

Season the tomatoes and shallot with pepper and salt, wrap in foil and place on the barbecue for a few minutes.

  3. 03

Briefly grill the avocado slices on the barbecue. Meanwhile, finely chop the herbs.

  4. 04

Peel the garlic clove. Cut the baguette into slices and rub one side with the garlic clove and a little olive oil. Place the baguette slices on the barbecue and toast lightly.

  5. 05

Remove the baguette slices from the barbecue and top with the tomatoes and shallot. Arrange the avocado slices on top, sprinkle with Parmesan, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with the herbs. Serve warm.
