STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

For the base, trim the cauliflower, cut into florets and wash. Cook in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes. Drain, then purée. Leave to cool briefly, then place in a tea towel and squeeze firmly to remove the liquid. Preheat the oven to 225 °C fan.

  2. 02

Add the maize flour to the cauliflower and stir until smooth. Add the linseed, a little salt, chilli flakes and vegan cheese alternative, mix everything together and leave to stand briefly. Spread the mixture into a circle approx. 0.5 cm thick on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then cover with another sheet of baking paper. Pre-bake in the oven for approx. 10–12 minutes. Remove, turn once and bake for a further 10–12 minutes.

  3. 03

Meanwhile, for the sauce, peel and dice the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Gently sweat the onion and garlic. Add the tomato purée and dried tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 100 ml water. Sweeten to taste with the agave syrup and allow to reduce for approx. 2 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat, leave the sauce to cool and blend until smooth. Then spread over the pizza base.

  4. 04

For the topping, peel and chop the red onion. Cut the olives into rings. Halve the pimientos lengthways. Spread the toppings and vegan cheese alternative over the pizza base and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.

  5. 05

Remove the pizza from the oven and cut into pieces.
