STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

For the bowl, separate the cauliflower into florets, wash and process in a food processor on medium speed into small flakes. Toast the cauliflower flakes in a non-stick frying pan with a little argan oil until golden brown. Season with curry powder, salt and pepper and arrange in the bowl.

  2. 02

Halve, stone and peel the avocados, then cut into strips and arrange over the cauliflower. Wash and quarter the tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

  3. 03

Heat a little argan oil in a non-stick frying pan. Crack the egg into the pan and fry.

  4. 04

For the dressing, peel and finely dice the carrots. Peel the ginger and cut into fine matchsticks. Put the diced carrots in a blender with the argan oil, the juice of the lime, honey, vinegar, ginger and miso paste.

  5. 05

Drizzle the dressing over the bowl.

  6. 06

Pick the chervil leaves, crumble the feta and scatter both over the bowl.
