STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and preheat the oven to 160 °C fan. Chop the hazelnuts and combine with the oats, buckwheat, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. Stir together the agave syrup, cinnamon, rapeseed oil and apple juice, then mix with the dry ingredients.

  2. 02

Spread the granola mixture over the prepared baking trays and press down lightly. Bake in the preheated oven on the 2nd shelf from the bottom and the 2nd shelf from the top for about 15 minutes. Stir the granola with a spatula, swap the trays' positions in the oven and bake for about another 10 minutes.

  3. 03

Finely dice the prunes, divide between the 2 baking trays and stir into the granola. Bake for another 5–10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the trays. Transfer the cooled granola to a tightly sealable tin or jar. Stored in an airtight container, it keeps for about 4 weeks.
