STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Rinse the oranges under hot water, pat dry and grate off the zest. Then segment both oranges. Cut a slice off the top and bottom of each orange. Using a small, sharp knife, cut away the peel from top to bottom in sections. Cut between the membranes to release the segments. Squeeze the juice from the flesh remaining on the membranes over the segments. Cut the segments into small pieces.

  2. 02

Bring the orange juice and jam sugar to the boil, then add the fresh, washed cranberries. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the orange pieces, orange zest, cinnamon and lemon juice, then reduce the heat and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

  3. 03

Fill the hot chutney into the 5 prepared jars, each with a capacity of 370 ml, and seal according to the instructions.
