STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Squeeze the lemon. Wash and chop the herbs. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Have a fishmonger fillet the sea bream, or fillet them yourself: remove the head with a sharp knife, then cut along the backbone from head to tail. Turn the fish over and cut along the backbone on the other side. Remove any remaining rib bones with small needle-nose pliers.

  2. 02

Place the olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic and bay leaves in a shallow dish.

  3. 03

Season the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper and place them in the marinade. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

  4. 04

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk ends, cut into quarters and remove the seeds.

  5. 05

Place the fish fillets, tomato quarters, olives, capers and lemon slices in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the marinade and season with lemon pepper.

  6. 06

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C conventional (180 °C fan) for approximately 15–20 minutes.

  7. 07

Arrange and serve in the baking dish.
