STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Preheat the oven to 130 °C conventional (110 °C fan).

  2. 02

Finely chop the cranberries, cherries, almonds and cashew nuts in a food processor. Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces and mash with a fork.

  3. 03

Mix all the ingredients until evenly combined. Spread over a small baking tray lined with baking paper or in a rectangular baking tin (24 cm × 18 cm) and press down firmly. Bake on the middle shelf for 60 minutes.

  4. 04

Remove the tray from the oven and allow the mixture to cool briefly. Cut into 16 bars, then leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
