STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Defrost or drain the fish if necessary, roughly dice it, then purée in a food processor or with a stick blender.

  2. 02

Finely chop the parsley and mix it into the fish mixture with the pepper, egg and cornmeal. Shape into four burger patties and fry in the rapeseed oil in a frying pan over a gentle heat for 5 minutes on each side.

  3. 03

Place the fish patties on kitchen paper and leave briefly to drain off excess oil.

  4. 04

Split the rolls and distribute the salad cream and curry powder over them. Add a lettuce leaf and a fish patty, then finish with pineapple and the second half of each roll.

A serving uses the portion size recorded in the recipe; changing the number of servings does not change the values per serving.
