STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain, allow to cool slightly, then peel and quarter lengthways.

  2. 02

Quarter the peppers and remove the stalks, seeds and white membranes. Cut the flesh into strips. Trim the spring onions and cut into 3 cm lengths. Cut the bratwurst into slices about 2 cm thick. Wash the cherry tomatoes, halve crossways and remove the stalk ends.

  3. 03

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the potatoes, peppers, spring onions and bratwurst and fry for 10 minutes over a moderate heat. Add the cherry tomatoes for the final 2 minutes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.

  4. 04

Plate up the potato and bratwurst pan-fry and serve with a butterhead lettuce salad, if desired.
