STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cook the rice in salted water according to the pack instructions.

  2. 02

Depending on the variety, briefly rinse the beans in a sieve if needed, then mix them into the rice. Chop the fresh coriander and fold it in.

  3. 03

Wash and halve the tomatoes, remove the cores, then cut into quarters. Season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

  4. 04

Wash and finely slice the spring onions. Halve, peel and stone the avocados, then cut into very thin slices. Fan out the slices and curl them into spirals.

  5. 05

Fill 4 salad bowls with the rice and bean mixture, tomato salad, spring onions and avocado. Drizzle a little lime juice over the avocado and season with salt and pepper.

  6. 06

Finally, cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil until browned. Add a little soy sauce and honey for extra flavour.

  7. 07

Add the tofu to the bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If you like, add an extra dressing to the tomato salad, such as a yoghurt dressing.
