STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash the soup vegetables thoroughly, peel if necessary and chop into small pieces.

  2. 02

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add the onions and garlic and sweat until translucent. Add the mince and fry, breaking it up into crumbles. Stir in the paprika. Add the soup vegetables and flour and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring. Deglaze with the hot vegetable stock. Stir in the processed cheese and cream and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. 03

Meanwhile, cook the ribbon pasta al dente in a pan of plenty of boiling salted water, following the packet instructions. Pour into a colander and leave to drain.

  4. 04

Season the sauce with thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Finely grate the Parmesan. Serve the ribbon pasta with the white bolognese, sprinkled with Parmesan.
